  2. To design a ceremony enabling simultaneous interventions and contributions from several personalities, both in person and remotely

OUR AUDIOVISUAL SOLUTIONS

  1. Designing and producing a temporary TV studio inside the Palais Brongniart

As a provider of digital event services, GL events transformed the Grand Auditorium of the Palais Brongniart (2nd district of Paris) into a temporary TV studio. It took our team three days to install this TV studio, including a stage and a spectacular 11-meter-wide LED video wall. They drew on their various areas of expertise and our comprehensive range of state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment (LED projectors, stage structures, sound systems, etc.).

As a specialist in audiovisual equipment rental, GL events met the customer's needs by creating a dynamic and exciting event.

  1. Creating a connected event with simultaneous video recording

The layout of the stage as an event TV studio allowed many different personalities – such as the French President, Emmanuel Macron – to speak, either in person or remotely. Thanks to our video broadcasting system and our second LED video wall, a total of 10 head coaches were connected to the event around the world and were able to react to the announcements of the different pools at the same time as the public via a multi-window screen.
